Account Executive

About the Role

Join Circle, a rapidly scaling, profitable SaaS company building the leading platform for online communities, as a key Account Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to drive significant revenue growth by closing high-value deals ($20K-$100K ACV) within a high-performance, fully remote sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business revenue by managing prospects from initial trial through final contract signature, focusing on deals valued between $20K and $100K in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Execute expansion opportunities by actively managing a book of existing customers.
• Conduct deep discovery conversations to uncover customer needs, challenges, and success criteria.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations showcasing Circle's value proposition across diverse use cases (creators, brands, enterprises).
• Navigate complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders and build compelling business cases/ROI models for executive sign-off.
• Continuously learn about product releases and actively contribute expertise to evolve sales methodology and playbooks.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of proven closing experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, specifically handling deals in the $30K-$50K ACV range.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quota and ranking as a top performer.
• Expertise in consultative selling, including the ability to conduct deep discovery and construct value-based business cases.
• Proficiency in English at a CEFR C2 / ILR Level 5 standard (spoken, written, reading).
• Strong alignment with customer-first values, prioritizing fit over short-term commission.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a data-driven mindset for performance optimization.

• Technical aptitude comfortable with SaaS platforms and automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
• Experience selling to diverse customer segments ranging from solopreneurs to enterprise clients.
