About the Role

Join our Global Total Rewards team as a Benefits Specialist to administer and execute comprehensive U.S. employee benefits programs, playing a crucial role in supporting the well-being of our workforce.

Responsibilities

• Administer the day-to-day operations of the U.S. benefits program, including new hire enrollment, qualifying life events, HSA/FSA administration, COBRA, and benefits offboarding.
• Serve as the primary, empathetic point of contact for employee benefits questions, providing timely and accurate support.
• Manage leave of absence administration, processing requests under FMLA and ADA in coordination with vendors.
• Support major benefits projects such as Open Enrollment, 401(k) audits, ACA compliance, and the implementation of new benefits.
• Process invoices accurately, perform routine benefit deduction and enrollment audits/reconciliation, and ensure seamless data flow between the HRIS and benefit carriers.
• Provide support for the 401(k) plan, including compliance tasks, external audits, and addressing employee inquiries.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of progressive benefits administration experience; analyst experience is a plus.
• Proven expertise in administering core U.S. benefits: enrollment, life events, COBRA, ACA, FSA, HSA, and 401(k).
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, especially for data auditing, reconciliation, and invoice preparation (strong Excel skills required).
• Experience with leave of absence management (FMLA/ADA) and coordinating with employees and carriers.
• Familiarity with benefits compliance requirements to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Experience utilizing HRIS/HCM systems for benefits administration.

• Knowledge of UKG Benefits Prime or Plansource products.
• Experience supporting global benefits initiatives alongside U.S. administration.
• Experience supporting 401(k) plan administration during external audits.
