Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Recruiter)

About the Role

Join our People team as a Contract Recruiter to drive the identification and engagement of top-tier technical talent across Latin America. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact business growth by strategically sourcing specialized engineering and product roles.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates primarily for technical software engineering and product positions.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Act as a strategic partner to internal leadership, ensuring hiring initiatives align with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements, technical needs, and team dynamics.
• Conduct thorough initial phone screenings, assessing both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Ensure every candidate receives a high-quality, positive recruitment experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting, specifically focused on technical roles like Software Engineering.
• Strong foundational understanding of software engineering concepts, programming languages, and necessary technical skills.
• Experience recruiting for roles across Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Machine Learning/AI, and Data.
• Demonstrated background recruiting for Contract roles or experience utilizing Global Employment Platforms.
• Proven ability to effectively engage and influence passive candidates.
• Proficiency in using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is mandatory.
• Prior experience recruiting within the SaaS/tech industry and specifically within LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, etc.).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience recruiting for fast-paced tech companies or startups.
• Familiarity or knowledge of specific coding languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
