Customer Care Associate APAC

About the Role

Join Remote's growing Customer Success team to provide essential, high-quality support to our APAC user base across various product areas via email and live chat.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer tickets weekly across various Remote verticals, maintaining productivity standards.
• Respond to standard tickets via email and live messaging within agreed Service Level Times.
• Act as the voice and ear for our users, ensuring a healthy obsession with the customer journey and advocacy.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, cross-vertical operational teams, and Sales.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Customer Support or Customer Enablement within a product or tech environment.
• Hands-on experience providing support via Live Chat and Email channels.
• Proven ability to use CRM tools effectively to manage customer interactions and support workflows.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills, demonstrating diligence, persistence, kindness, and patience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations comfortably, coupled with a strong interest in modern web technologies.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working remotely or within a fast-growing organization.
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, and/or Pension systems.
