Digital Marketing Full Cycle Seller (Home Services)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Full Cycle Seller to drive our outbound sales strategy, focusing specifically on acquiring clients in the Home Services industry for our world-class digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement outbound sales strategies focused on generating qualified leads and driving sales growth within the Home Services sector.
• Leverage a mix of outbound tactics (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting) to generate new opportunities and manage a robust pipeline.
• Track and analyze outbound sales metrics (response rates, conversion rates) using Salesforce and other sales tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, nurturing prospects throughout the entire sales funnel.
• Continuously research industry trends and experiment with new tools and tactics to improve outbound sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Proven experience and familiarity with selling digital marketing services.
• Essential experience and familiarity with the Home Services industry.
• Proven track record of driving outbound sales and achieving targets.
• Proficiency with sales tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and solution selling.

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience engaging with mid-market and mature client segments within the SMB space.
• Background in SaaS, IT, or Financial Services sales motions.
