Digital Marketing Full Cycle Seller

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Cycle Seller to spearhead our outbound sales strategy, focusing specifically on selling world-class digital marketing solutions to mid-size businesses in the Home Services industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement outbound sales strategies focused on generating qualified leads and driving sales growth within the Home Services sector.
• Leverage a mix of outbound tactics (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting) to generate new opportunities and manage a robust pipeline.
• Track and analyze key outbound sales metrics (response rates, conversion rates) using tools like Salesforce to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers throughout the sales funnel.
• Stay current on industry trends and experiment with new tools and tactics to continuously improve outbound sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Proven experience and familiarity with selling digital marketing services.
• Essential experience and familiarity with the Home Services industry.
• Proven track record of driving outbound sales and achieving targets.
• Proficiency with sales tools and CRM platforms, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an analytical mindset for data-driven decision making.
