Director, Strategic Finance (G&A)

About the Role

Lead the strategic financial planning and analysis for our General & Administrative functions, driving critical business decisions across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the financial future of a rapidly growing, global technology company.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes specifically for G&A departments (e.g., Legal, HR, Finance, IT).
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support executive decision-making and resource allocation.
• Partner closely with G&A leadership to analyze spending, identify cost efficiencies, and ensure alignment with overall corporate strategy.
• Prepare detailed variance analysis, presenting findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial planning systems related to G&A spend.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or FP&A, with significant experience supporting G&A functions.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of distilling complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of GAAP principles and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Nice-to-Haves

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience with advanced planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
• Prior experience managing or mentoring junior finance team members.
