Enterprise Account Executive - Germany

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within the German market by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and evangelizing the value of secure and reliable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive sales plans for the assigned territory.
• Clearly convey the value proposition and product differentiators to prospects and customers.
• Develop and manage the lead funnel through a combination of inbound and outbound activities.
• Accurately forecast, meet, and exceed established sales quotas.
• Manage business opportunities and track progress diligently through CRM and supporting tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering.
• Maintain deep understanding of the competitive market landscape and offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven Enterprise Sales Experience.
• Fluency in German is required.
• Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas: Compute platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps Tooling, CI/CD platforms (Github, Gitlab, Jenkins), and overall SDLC.
• Strong track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
• Willingness to travel to clients to support sales relationships as required.

• Previous sales experience within SaaS or Developer Tools.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• A strong aptitude for sales and a fundamental understanding of complex sales processes.
• Tech-savvy business acumen allowing articulation of compelling value propositions in complex environments.
