Lead Product Designer, Enterprise

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to drive the vision and execution of our Enterprise product suite, ensuring world-class user experiences for our largest customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex enterprise features, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Establish and maintain design standards, patterns, and documentation for the Enterprise product area, fostering consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Research teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and accessible user interfaces.
• Mentor and guide other designers on best practices for designing for large-scale, complex B2B applications.
• Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing specifically focused on the needs and workflows of enterprise users.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field, with significant experience designing for complex B2B or enterprise software.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in solving complex interaction problems and shipping successful, high-impact products.
• Deep proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives autonomously and influence product strategy across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing for data-heavy applications, dashboards, or workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing inclusive experiences.
• Background in visual design or branding, contributing to a cohesive design system.
