Lifecycle Specialist, Contract Management

About the Role

Join our rapidly growing global employment platform as a Lifecycle Specialist focused on Contracts Management, where you will ensure legal compliance and deliver a superior employee experience across 80+ international jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and resolve end-to-end employee lifecycle events, emphasizing exceptional employment experience for clients and their employees across 80+ international jurisdictions.
• Manage all modifications to Employment Agreements, including amendments, letters, and forms, for both internal and external employees.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (payroll, legal counsel, government bodies) to ensure compliance in all lifecycle activities.
• Draft, tailor, and administer all employee lifecycle documents with accuracy, maintaining strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Process employee lifecycle events on the internal HRIS platform, coordinating with teams like Customer Success, Legal, and Payroll.
• Actively identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development within the employee lifecycle process.
• Develop and update global internal documentation pertaining to Contracts Management based on legislative changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Operations, HR Advisory, or as an HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
• Strong background managing employee lifecycle events with sensitivity, legal compliance, and providing guidance on employment laws across various jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, capable of leading difficult conversations professionally.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level.
• Demonstrated efficiency in operations, with strong awareness of data integrity and thorough record-keeping.
• Tech-savvy, capable of adapting to new systems and collaborating asynchronously on tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
• Ability to work independently and cohesively in a fast-paced, asynchronous, international remote team environment.
