Lifecycle Specialist, Contract Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions, focusing on an exceptional employment experience.
• Manage all modifications to Employment Agreements for internal and external employees, including amendments, letters, and forms.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (payroll, legal counsel, government bodies) to ensure compliance in lifecycle activities.
• Draft, tailor, and administer all employee lifecycle documents with accuracy, maintaining strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Process employee lifecycle events on the internal HRIS platform, coordinating with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, and Benefits teams.
• Develop and update global internal documentation pertaining to Contracts Management based on legislative changes.
• Actively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product development within the employee lifecycle process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Operations, HR Advisory, or as an HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
• Strong background managing employee lifecycle events with sensitivity, legal compliance, and providing HR guidance across various jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and provide practical solutions in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, capable of leading difficult conversations professionally.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously and adapt to evolving HR systems.
• Demonstrated efficiency in operations with a strong focus on thorough record-keeping and data integrity.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working in a remote setting or a hyper-growth start-up culture.
• Familiarity with communication, documentation, and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
• Additional language proficiencies beyond English.

Role Context

• You will report to the Employee Lifecycle Manager and be a key part of the Lifecycle Operations team.
• This role requires the ability to work independently and cohesively in a fast-paced, asynchronous, international remote environment.
