Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance - LATAM

About the Role

Join Remote as a Time & Attendance Specialist to ensure compliant and efficient management of employee lifecycle activities across LATAM, focusing heavily on labor law adherence and delivering an excellent employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to developing Time & Attendance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they remain efficient and legally compliant.
• Act as the subject matter expert for internal and external inquiries related to Employee Lifecycle matters, specifically concerning Time & Attendance.
• Collaborate with clients and employees to resolve complex Time & Attendance issues and provide necessary guidance.
• Continuously gather stakeholder feedback to enhance the employee journey and experience based on best practices.
• Meticulously manage sensitive employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and confidentiality, while supporting audit and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Solid operational experience in HR, ideally across multiple countries, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, especially those related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management, both locally and internationally.
• Proven experience implementing end-to-end time off and attendance policies based on country-specific regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex Time & Attendance concepts clearly.
• Ability to thrive and maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced, ever-changing, remote environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Proficiency in a language other than English is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and emerging trends in Time & Attendance management systems.
