National Accounts Home Services Account Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to drive our outbound sales strategy, focusing specifically on selling digital marketing services to key clients within the Home Services industry. This is an exciting remote opportunity to directly impact revenue growth by developing and executing high-impact outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive outbound sales strategies focused on generating qualified leads and driving sales growth within the Home Services sector.
• Execute a mix of outbound tactics, including cold calling, targeted email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting, to generate new opportunities.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, leveraging sales automation platforms to streamline outreach efficiency.
• Track, analyze, and report on key outbound sales metrics (response rates, conversion rates, meetings booked) using Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target companies throughout the sales funnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Mandatory experience and familiarity with selling digital marketing services.
• Mandatory experience and familiarity within the Home Services industry.
• Proven track record of consistently driving outbound sales and achieving assigned sales targets.
• Proficiency with essential sales tools, including CRM platforms like Salesforce, and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous refinement of sales efforts.

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience engaging with mid-market and mature client segments within the SMB space.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Outreach or Chorus.
