About the Role

Join our innovative team as a Product Designer focusing on Design Systems, where you'll shape the foundational elements of our user experience and empower product teams to build consistent, high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain our core design system components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure system adoption and evolution.
• Conduct research and gather feedback to continuously improve the design system.
• Advocate for design consistency and efficiency across all product touchpoints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design system contributions.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and front-end development concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and component libraries.
• Familiarity with design tokens and their implementation.
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
