Product Manager - Unified Access

About the Role

Join 1Password as a Product Manager focused on our Unified Access product, driving the strategy and execution for critical identity and access management features that secure millions of users globally.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Unified Access area, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to deeply understand customer needs and pain points related to access management.
• Write clear, detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Measure and analyze product performance post-launch, iterating based on data and user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably working on B2B SaaS, security, or identity/access management products.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Direct experience with authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, FIDO).
• Technical background or strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure and security best practices.
• Experience managing products with a strong focus on user experience (UX) for enterprise features.
