Product Operations Manager

About the Role

Join 1Password as a Product Operations Manager to streamline and optimize our product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to launch across the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
• Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and tools that support the product roadmap, including release management, feedback loops, and documentation standards.
• Analyze product performance data and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Manage the product launch process, coordinating cross-functional readiness activities and ensuring successful go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a Product Operations, Program Management, or similar cross-functional role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements using data-informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and analytics platforms.
