Regional Director, Strategic Sales

About the Role

Lead the strategic sales direction for our advanced ransomware prevention platform across the Western US region. This is an exciting opportunity to drive significant revenue growth by leading a high-performance team against critical cybersecurity challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a regional sales team focused on Strategic accounts, ensuring the execution of company sales strategies and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute region-specific sales plans and go-to-market strategies that align with corporate objectives.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring long-term retention.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, CTOs, and senior executives, understanding their ransomware protection needs.
• Support sales teams in closing large, complex deals by engaging directly in contract negotiation and finalization.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecast accuracy, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading Strategic and Enterprise sales, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
• Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring sales teams to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices, with preference for experience selling security solutions (ransomware protection, data privacy, endpoint security).
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies and consistently achieving sales quotas.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM and other sales tools for tracking progress and optimizing processes.
