Regional Director, Strategic Sales

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic sales efforts, manage a high-performance team, and directly impact the fight against advanced cyber threats for mid-market and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a regional sales team focused on Strategic accounts, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring accountability for revenue goals.
• Develop and execute region-specific sales plans and go-to-market strategies that align with corporate objectives.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and managing the region’s overall revenue performance, including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, CTOs) within target accounts to understand and address their ransomware protection needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure product alignment and a seamless customer experience.
• Support complex deal closures by engaging directly with high-value clients and participating in contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading Strategic and Enterprise sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring sales teams to achieve ambitious quotas.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.

Nice-to-Haves

• Direct experience selling security solutions specifically focused on ransomware protection, data privacy, or endpoint security.
• Experience working within a remote-native, distributed team environment.
