Responsibilities

• Engage with users and prospects to understand their needs and guide them to appropriate Grafana resources.
• Partner proactively with the Sales Team to identify and qualify new business opportunities within target accounts.
• Execute a multi-channel outreach strategy (email, social, calling) to connect with influential people in target organizations.
• Conduct thorough research and utilize data to craft thoughtful, value-add messaging for personalized outreach.
• Drive effective discovery conversations to understand user goals and communicate how Grafana solutions can help.
• Maintain detailed records using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management.
• Consistently meet established new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to achieve collective goals.

Requirements

• Located in California, Oregon, or Washington.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication style.
• Excellent organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demands effectively.
