About the Role

Join Grafana Labs as a Sales Development Representative to guide users, identify new business opportunities, and develop crucial career skills, contributing significantly to our community and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of Grafana Labs' technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends
• Effectively and efficiently follow up on inbound leads
• Proactively outreach to new leads within target accounts using a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling)
• Utilize Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management and research
• Prioritize and customize outreach to target prospects and accounts via email and LinkedIn using research and data
• Drive effective discovery conversations to understand user needs and communicate how Grafana can help
• Consistently meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales to achieve collective success

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Open to feedback and coaching, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication style
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demands
• Willingness and ability to take on any task with a focus on quality
• Resourceful and proactive in an evolving environment

• Ability to research and craft thoughtful, value-add messaging with a detective mindset
• Confidence in driving business conversations on the phone
