Senior Frontend Engineer (Website & SEO)

About the Role

Join our growing Website team to take ownership of our public-facing web presence, driving organic growth through expert frontend development and critical SEO implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the public-facing website using React and Next.js.
• Implement and champion SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast load times and a seamless user experience across all devices.
• Conduct detailed performance audits and collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams on feature implementation.
• Mentor other engineers on best practices in frontend development, SEO, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience building, shipping, and maintaining feature-rich software projects as a Frontend Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Node, React, and Next.js.
• Expertise in TypeScript (JavaScript), semantic HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated experience implementing SEO best practices and successfully improving search engine visibility.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and relevant tooling.
• Experience interacting with third-party APIs (e.g., analytics, data collection, headless CMS).
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and transform abstract concepts into production-ready software.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Familiarity with Elixir/Phoenix or Postgres (as part of the broader stack).
