Senior HR Business Partner G&A

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to strategically support our General & Administrative (G&A) functions, playing a critical role in organizational design, talent management, and employee relations across key business areas.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to G&A leadership, providing expert guidance on HR best practices, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and calibration processes for assigned client groups.
• Partner with recruiting teams to ensure effective workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies align with G&A growth objectives.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on organizational health and engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, etc.).
• Proven expertise in US employment law, compensation practices, and performance management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex organizational challenges with discretion and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

• Experience supporting a rapidly scaling, global technology organization.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday.
• Certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
