Join Remote at an exciting time to shape the future of global employment by designing world-class experiences for our HR platform. As a Senior Product Designer, you will autonomously lead design within a product team, navigating ambiguity to deliver delightful, high-impact user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Influence strategy for your product team by identifying opportunities for impact in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Apply the right research methodology at the right time to develop an intimate knowledge of customer challenges.
• Leverage AI prototyping as a tool for exploring conceptual ideas and iterating with cross-functional peers.
• Craft high-fidelity user interfaces with flair and velocity, maintaining an exceptional bar for quality.
• Solve problems holistically using systems-thinking, ensuring scalability and avoiding unnecessary variation in information architecture.
• Communicate persuasively by weaving storytelling narratives around your work to bring peers along on the journey.
• Advocate for the usage and contribution back to our design system, Norma.
• Champion experience principles, ensuring simplicity, usability, scalability, and accessibility in all delivered user experiences.

Requirements

• An impressive portfolio demonstrating maturity across the end-to-end design process, from problem identification to delivering delightful user interfaces.
• Persuasive communication skills with fluent written and spoken English, capable of building strong narratives and providing guidance.
• Proven ability as a systems thinker, comfortable in a high-growth environment, and able to autonomously own design for complex domains.
• Strong evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering counterparts to build consensus and drive outcomes.
• A focus on not just delivering quality user experiences, but also actively shaping design culture and ways of working.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions, particularly in HRTech or FinTech.
• Experience working remotely is considered a plus.
