Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Influence product strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Apply appropriate research methodologies to deeply empathize with customer challenges.
• Craft high-fidelity user interfaces with flair, maintaining exceptional quality standards and velocity.
• Solve complex problems holistically using systems-thinking to ensure scalability and architectural consistency.
• Lead compelling vision initiatives, visualizing the direction-of-travel and opportunities for innovation within your domain.
• Advocate for and contribute to the 'Norma' design system, knowing when to adhere strictly or propose improvements.
• Communicate design rationale persuasively through storytelling narratives while efficiently triaging feedback.

Requirements

• Proven portfolio demonstrating maturity across the end-to-end design process, delivering delightful UIs with tangible user impact.
• Fluent written and spoken English with persuasive communication skills to build narratives and guide peers.
• Demonstrated ability as a systems thinker comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Strong evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering counterparts to drive consensus and outcomes.
• Experience as an individual contributor capable of autonomously owning design for complex domains or multiple projects.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions, particularly in HRTech or FinTech.
• Prior experience working effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Active participation in shaping design culture and ways of working within a design organization.
