Responsibilities

• Influence product strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional peers.
• Apply appropriate research methodologies to deeply understand customer challenges and problems.
• Craft high-fidelity user interfaces with flair, maintaining an exceptional bar for quality and interaction design.
• Solve complex problems holistically using systems-thinking, ensuring design decisions promote scalability and consistency.
• Lead compelling vision initiatives for your domain, effectively visualizing the direction-of-travel and opportunities for innovation.
• Advocate for and contribute improvements to the 'Norma' design system.

Requirements

• An impressive portfolio demonstrating maturity across the end-to-end design process, from problem identification to delightful UI delivery.
• Fluent written and spoken English with persuasive communication skills to build narratives and guide stakeholders.
• Proven ability to autonomously own design for complex domains or multiple projects, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering counterparts to drive consensus and impactful outcomes.
• A systems thinker who champions holistic design and champions simplicity, usability, scalability, and accessibility.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions, particularly within HRTech or FinTech.
• Prior experience working in a fully remote environment.
