Responsibilities

• Influence and drive the design strategy for your product area in close collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional peers.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from identifying complex problems through primary research to delivering delightful, high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Apply appropriate research methodologies to deeply empathize with customer challenges and inform design decisions.
• Leverage AI prototyping for rapid conceptual exploration and iteration, translating ideas into functional flows.
• Solve complex problems holistically using systems-thinking to ensure scalability and maintain a cohesive information architecture.
• Champion the use and evolution of the 'Norma' design system, knowing when to adhere strictly or contribute improvements.
• Communicate design rationale persuasively through storytelling narratives while efficiently triaging feedback.

Requirements

• An impressive portfolio demonstrating maturity across the end-to-end product design process, focusing on problem identification and crafted UI delivery.
• Fluent written and spoken English with persuasive communication skills necessary for building narratives and guiding peers.
• Proven ability to function as a systems thinker, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, autonomously owning design for complex domains.
• Strong evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering to build consensus and drive impactful outcomes.
• A commitment to improving design culture, shaping ways of working, and providing constructive peer critique.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions, particularly within HRTech or FinTech domains.
• Prior experience working effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
• Demonstrated ability to champion simplicity, usability, scalability, and accessibility in delivered user experiences.
