Senior Product Designer - Pay Ecosystem

About the Role

Join Remote during an exciting phase to significantly impact the global employment space by designing experiences for our high-profile Pay Ecosystem. As a Senior Product Designer, you will autonomously own design for complex challenges, driving strategy and delivering brilliant, simple execution for how customers pay anyone, anywhere compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Influence strategy for the product team by identifying opportunities for impact in collaboration with stakeholders and peers.
• Apply appropriate research methodologies to develop deep customer empathy and understanding of complex problem spaces.
• Craft high-fidelity user interfaces with flair and velocity, maintaining an exceptional bar for quality in interaction design.
• Solve problems holistically using systems-thinking, ensuring design decisions promote scalability and avoid unnecessary variation in information architecture.
• Lead compelling vision initiatives for the team and domain, visualizing the direction-of-travel and opportunities for innovation.
• Advocate for and contribute improvements to the 'Norma' design system.
• Champion experience principles, ensuring simplicity, usability, scalability, and accessibility in all delivered user experiences.

Requirements

• An individual contributor with an impressive portfolio showcasing maturity across the end-to-end design process, from problem identification to delightful UI delivery.
• Persuasive communication skills with fluent written and spoken English, capable of building strong narratives and providing direction.
• Proven ability as a systems thinker, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to autonomously own design for complex domains.
• Strong evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering counterparts to build consensus and drive impactful outcomes.
• Demonstrated engagement in the design organization, focusing not only on UX quality but also on shaping design culture and ways of working.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions, particularly within HRTech or FinTech industries.
• Experience working remotely is considered a plus.
