Senior Product Manager, AIOps

About the Role

Join our customer-focused team to drive the vision and roadmap for industry-leading AIOps capabilities within the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, solving high-value problems in event orchestration and automation.

Responsibilities

• Research customer needs and define/evangelize a product roadmap for AIOps, balancing strategic vision, technical feasibility, and usability.
• Ensure deep integration with the broader Operations Cloud portfolio to deliver competitive differentiation.
• Partner closely with dedicated engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver and iterate on features addressing critical customer needs.
• Embrace a product-led growth mindset to drive feature adoption and usage alongside customer value delivery.
• Build strategic partnerships across the integration ecosystem to enhance utility, usage, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager driving the full product lifecycle, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Experience using API-first development practices for product design and requirements structuring.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, usability testing, and interpreting user research to inform roadmap decisions.
• Proven ability to build positive working relationships with engineering, UX design, and go-to-market teams.
• Strong customer empathy and a data-driven approach, demonstrated through proficiency with analytics tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively across diverse contexts and lead through influence using metrics and research.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science principles.
• Comfort with SQL or other data analysis tools.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical field like mathematics, data analytics, or computer science.
