Senior Product Manager, AIOps

About the Role

Join PagerDuty as a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision and execution for our industry-leading AIOps capabilities, focusing on AI-augmented event orchestration and autonomous resolution.

Responsibilities

• Research customer needs and define/evangelize a product roadmap for AIOps, balancing business strategy, technical feasibility, and usability.
• Partner closely with dedicated engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver and iterate on features that solve critical customer needs.
• Ensure deep integration with the broader PagerDuty Operations Cloud portfolio to deliver competitive differentiation.
• Embrace a product-led growth mindset to drive adoption and usage alongside customer value delivery.
• Build strategic partnerships across the integration ecosystem to enhance utility and drive growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager driving the full product lifecycle, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Experience using API-first development practices to structure requirements and design new products.
• Strong technical acumen, including familiarity with applications and infrastructure monitoring/observability systems.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to lead through influence using metrics and research.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning (ML), or Data Science principles.
• Comfort with SQL or other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, usability testing, and interpreting user research.
