Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager, EMEA

About the Role

Join 1Password as a Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager to spearhead our product marketing strategy across the dynamic EMEA region, driving significant impact on our growth and market positioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product features and offerings specifically tailored for the EMEA market.
• Create compelling, localized product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials that resonate with diverse EMEA customer segments.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence gathering, and customer research within the EMEA landscape to inform product strategy.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for product value propositions within the EMEA theater.

Requirements

• Proven experience (7+ years) in Product Marketing, with significant experience focusing on B2B SaaS or security products.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching GTM strategies across multiple European countries.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives for technical and business audiences.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA business environment, regulatory considerations, and regional buying behaviors.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience marketing to both SMB and Enterprise segments simultaneously.
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) or password management solutions.
• Fluency in a second major European language (e.g., German, French).
