As an Individual Contributor leader, you will drive the craft and strategy across complex domains, shaping the future of how businesses hire and manage international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all design efforts for your assigned domain, making strategic UX and design decisions for core features and future functionality.
• Increase team maturity by mentoring, soliciting, and providing high-quality feedback to peers.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering) to understand customer needs, validate solutions, and implement designs to the highest standard.
• Create comprehensive user flows, ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to full-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs.
• Contribute actively to creating and maintaining the design system, participating in critiques, and leading cross-domain initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure parity between design artifacts and scalable, polished coded components.
• Leverage AI prototyping tools for rapid conceptual exploration and iteration.
• Champion usability, scalability, and accessibility in all design work.

Requirements

• Exemplary experience as an individual contributor designer focused on designing, evolving, and innovating complex user interfaces.
• Proven ability to empathize with enterprise users and apply user-centered design techniques at scale.
• An impeccable portfolio showcasing holistic, scalable systems thinking alongside mastery of visual and interaction design fundamentals.
• Masterful communication skills, capable of building strong narratives, providing guidance, and collaborating effectively (fluent written and spoken English is essential).
• Demonstrated ability to autonomously own design for complex domains and multiple projects in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Strong evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration to build consensus and drive impactful business outcomes.
• A respected voice capable of influencing quality, culture, and ways of working beyond immediate design tasks.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions, particularly in HRTech or FinTech.
• Experience working remotely in a globally distributed team structure.
