Strategy and Operations Lead, Marketplace

About the Role

Join Webflow to lead the strategy and operational evolution of our critical Marketplace ecosystem, driving how creators earn and customers discover value in our rapidly growing platform.

Responsibilities

• Own Marketplace strategy covering pricing, payouts, supply growth, and expansion into new asset types (templates, libraries, etc.).
• Utilize data-driven frameworks and analytical thinking to identify opportunities and share actionable insights with leadership.
• Conduct experiments to validate optimizations and inform the future product roadmap.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to design and implement improvements for both user and creator experiences.
• Guide and align asset review teams to ensure consistent, high standards of quality across the Marketplace.
• Champion the creator community by gathering feedback and translating it into concrete strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in an operations, product strategy, or similar high-impact role.
• Proven track record of driving strategy successfully from initial ideation through to final execution.
• Highly data-driven with proficiency in SQL for analysis and insight generation.
• Comfortable building solutions using low-code/no-code software tools.
• Strong process orientation with a knack for designing simple, effective solutions.
