ABM Marketing Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an ABM Marketing Lead to build and scale account-based programs that drive high-quality pipeline and accelerate deal velocity for Paddle's sales-led motion. You will be instrumental in crafting personalized, data-driven strategies across various channels to engage high-value customer segments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive, full-funnel ABM programs across key commercial segments using a mix of 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tactics.
- Partner with channel owners (paid, email, web, field) to execute coordinated ABM campaigns, including intent-based advertising and outbound acceleration.
- Leverage various marketing channels to run personalized, data-driven plays that effectively engage target accounts and cut through noise.
- Focus on ensuring Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns land with precision, intent, and measurable revenue impact.
- Utilize AI to scale programs faster, enhance personalization, and continuously test and optimize strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and scaling Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Strong understanding and practical application of 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM strategies.
- Experience collaborating effectively with sales, revenue marketing, and various channel owners (paid, email, web, field).
- Ability to drive high-quality pipeline and accelerate deal velocity through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on measurable revenue impact.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI for marketing personalization and optimization.
