These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of job posting services provided by FullRemoteWork.com. These services include standard job postings and premium job postings offered through our job board. No user account is required to post a job.
We offer the following service packages:
All prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes, such as VAT, may be added depending on your location or local regulations.
Payments are accepted exclusively via credit card through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider. By submitting payment, you authorize FullRemoteWork.com to charge the selected amount to your card.
Standard Job Postings: Published within 24 business hours after payment is received and remain active on the site for 30 days, unless removed due to duplicate content.
Premium Job Postings: Highlighted at the top of the homepage for 30 days, included in the newsletter, and promoted on social media, starting from the time of publication.
Newsletter Inclusions: Your job posting will be featured in the next newsletter following its publication on the site.
Under applicable laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase. However, by purchasing a service, you consent to the immediate publication of your job posting and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the posting is published, as the service will be considered fully performed.
Refunds are available only if requested before your job posting is published on the site. Once the posting goes live, whether as a standard post, premium listing, newsletter inclusion, or social media promotion, no refunds will be issued, except where required by law.
FullRemoteWork.com is not responsible for errors in job postings submitted by you, or temporary interruptions of service due to maintenance or technical issues. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
