About the Role
Join 1Password as a Commercial Account Executive to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships within our commercial client segment. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise to help businesses secure their most sensitive data.
Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of prospective and existing commercial accounts to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of 1Password's security solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans to understand client needs and align 1Password solutions.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Engineering and Customer Success, to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex security concepts and explain them clearly.
- Hunter mentality with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling security or identity management solutions.
- Familiarity with the 1Password product.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
