Account Executive, Commercial

About the Role

Join 1Password as a Commercial Account Executive, a pivotal role focused on driving new business and growth within the UK market. You will empower companies with 1,000-3,000 employees to secure their digital future through our innovative Extended Access Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated territory, including target accounts and an existing book of business within the Commercial sector.
• Actively hunt for and develop new business opportunities to expand 1Password's market presence.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, guiding prospects through the sales cycle.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Upsell and expand adoption of 1Password's Extended Access Management Identity solutions within existing accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of successful SaaS sales experience, with a preference for cybersecurity and Commercial account focus.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and achieve top performance rankings.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in building and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
