About the Role
Join our growing Sales team as an Account Executive, focusing on the Emerging market. You'll be instrumental in selling Zapier ’s powerful automation platform to help businesses scale with AI and automation.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by owning the entire sales cycle, from pipeline build through close.
- Deeply understand customer needs and pain points through consultative sales conversations.
- Navigate and win complex multi-party sales, building trust with executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams.
- Accurately own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting.
- Provide valuable feedback to product teams based on customer insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated quota-carrying success selling horizontal SaaS to multi-stakeholder or technical organizations (SMB/mid-market).
- Proven track record closing SMB/Mid-Market software deals over $50K and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation tools like Zapier.
- Ability to discuss IT concerns (security, scalability, compliance, performance) knowledgeably.
- Excellent communication skills, both externally with customers and internally.
- Ability to develop and navigate senior-level relationships effectively.
- Thrive in ambiguity and be motivated by strong personal drive.
- Curiosity about AI, including experimenting with tools and exploring new workflows for efficiency.
