Account Executive, Enterprise DACH (m/f/d)

About the Role

Join us as an Account Executive for the Enterprise DACH region, focusing on driving new business growth and managing key accounts within companies of 3000+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your designated Enterprise DACH territory, acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking.
• Design and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound activity, including calls, emails, and meetings.
• Upsell into the existing account base, leveraging Extended Access Management solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Enterprise accounts.
• Fluent in German and English, both verbally and written.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, KPIs, and achieving top rankings.
• Demonstrated experience in accurately forecasting sales to management.
• Demonstrated success in upselling & cross-selling, and uncovering customer pain points.
• Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management.
• Strong business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, & presenting to the C-Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make technical concepts accessible.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets while thriving in a remote environment.
• Curious and coachable, with a proven ability to apply feedback and continuously improve.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Outreach.

• Demonstrated experience partnering with channel resellers (enabling, account mapping, relationship building).
