About the Role
Join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive focused on driving new business acquisition and growth within large organizations (3000+ employees) in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a territory including target and existing accounts.
- Hunt for new business opportunities within the Enterprise sector.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Drive growth by upselling into the existing account base.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound sales activity.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts.
Requirements
- 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a focus on Enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering accurate sales forecasts.
- Success in upselling and cross-selling, and uncovering customer pain points.
- Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management.
- Meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to target.
- Strong business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and presentation skills (especially to C-Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make technical concepts accessible.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets in a remote environment.
- Curious and coachable, with a proven ability to apply feedback and adapt.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience partnering with channel resellers (enabling, account mapping, relationship building).
