Account Executive - Government and Public Sector

About the Role

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to spearhead revenue growth within the Government and Public Sector across Western Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive adoption of our cutting-edge technology in critical public service areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the Western European Government and Public Sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within public sector organizations.
• Understand the unique procurement processes, compliance requirements, and technical needs specific to government clients.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and tailor solutions for public sector use cases.

Requirements

• Proven track record (5+ years preferred) of successfully selling complex software or technology solutions into the Government and Public Sector, specifically within Western Europe.
• Deep understanding of public sector procurement cycles, budgeting, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, specific national regulations).
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, capable of engaging C-level executives and technical teams.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in at least one other major Western European language (e.g., German, French) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and travel as required for client engagement.
