Account Executive - Government and Public Sector (Central Europe)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to spearhead our growth within the Government and Public Sector across Central Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive significant revenue by introducing innovative AI voice solutions to critical public institutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the Central European public sector market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in government agencies.
• Navigate complex public sector procurement processes, RFPs, and compliance requirements.
• Accurately forecast sales, manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, and report on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Proven track record (5+ years preferred) in B2B enterprise sales, specifically selling complex technology solutions into Government or Public Sector accounts.
• Deep understanding of the Central European public sector landscape, procurement cycles, and regulatory environments.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and at least one major Central European language (e.g., German, Polish).
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodology.
