Account Executive - Government and Public Sector

About the Role

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to spearhead our growth within the Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian Government and Public Sector markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive significant revenue by introducing transformative AI voice technology to critical public institutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the designated public sector territories (Spain, Portugal, Italy).
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across government agencies and public entities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding public sector procurement processes and specific compliance requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and product teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven track record (5+ years preferred) in B2B enterprise sales, specifically selling complex software or technology solutions into the Government/Public Sector.
• Deep understanding of the public procurement landscape and sales cycles within Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, capable of engaging C-level executives and technical teams.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
