Account Executive - Government and Public Sector (Nordics)

Join ElevenLabs as a pivotal Account Executive focused on driving revenue growth within the Nordic Government and Public Sector. This is an exciting opportunity to shape market adoption for industry-leading voice AI technology in a critical, high-impact segment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets across the Nordic public sector (Government, Education, Healthcare).
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target government agencies.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of ElevenLabs' voice AI solutions tailored to public sector needs, including security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to ensure successful deal execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven track record (5+ years) in B2B enterprise software sales, specifically selling complex solutions into the Public Sector/Government space in the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland).
• Deep understanding of public sector procurement processes, compliance frameworks, and stakeholder mapping.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, capable of engaging C-level executives and technical buyers.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a Nordic language is highly advantageous.
• Experience selling AI, SaaS, or high-growth technology solutions is strongly preferred.
