Account Executive - Japan Revenue

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to spearhead our revenue growth initiatives specifically within the Japanese market. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key player in expanding our presence in a critical, high-growth region.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on achieving and exceeding assigned revenue quotas in Japan.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities within the target market.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Tailor and present compelling value propositions that clearly articulate how our solutions address specific Japanese business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven track record (3+ years preferred) as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Native fluency in Japanese (both written and verbal) is mandatory for effective communication and negotiation.
• Deep understanding of the Japanese business landscape, cultural nuances, and sales processes.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience selling B2B SaaS or technology solutions is highly desirable.
