About the Role

Responsibilities
- Source and close new mid-market business opportunities.
- Manage a mix of inbound and outbound leads effectively.

- Own and influence the full sales process to drive meaningful outcomes and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert high-impact prospects into long-term customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of prospecting and closing new business.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset, motivated by uncapped earning potential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for client interactions and web-based demos.
