Account Executive, SMB

About the Role

Join a fast-growing, profitable software company as an SMB Account Executive, where you'll leverage your sales expertise to close new customers and drive significant ARR growth in the dynamic transportation technology market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales to help Small and Medium organizations understand how Fleetio can help them manage their fleet operations.
• Generate new pipeline through strategic outbound outreach (calls, emails, etc.).
• Perform web-based demos and presentations for prospects.
• Proactively and consistently follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Negotiate pricing and close opportunities.

Requirements

• 2 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 1 year of closing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
• Experience in pipeline generation, inbound pipeline management, and managing different types of buyers.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A can-do attitude focused on solutions and a results-driven work ethic.
• Ability to remain focused and disciplined with time management.
• Excitement for technology and its ability to enhance productivity.
