About the Role
This strategic role focuses on building deep customer relationships and driving successful solution delivery across the UK and Ireland, directly impacting our long-term growth. You will be instrumental in connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, ensuring our solutions meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts across the UK and Ireland.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Act as a primary liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic account plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive expansion and growth.
- Understand customer needs and challenges to effectively position our solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Strategic Account Executive or similar sales role, with a focus on large enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and strategic account management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing a sales territory effectively.
- Residing in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
