Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of healthcare providers and dental offices.
- Articulate the value proposition of the app to drive continued engagement and expansion.
- Understand evolving user needs, challenges, and identify opportunities for success on the platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users, resolving issues and maximizing platform utilization.
- Assist in filling new and urgent shifts in assigned markets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client communication via text, email, and phone.
- Willingness to be proactive and persistent in a fast-paced environment.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a computer workstation.
- Located internationally (outside of US, CA, UK, NZ, or AU).
- Availability to work US working hours.
- Fluency in English speaking and writing.
