Account Manager, Israel

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our EMEA AWS Sales team, where you will nurture customer relationships, drive growth, and ensure our clients successfully leverage cloud technologies. This is a unique opportunity to act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses innovate while managing complex multicloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of our cloud management platform and services to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Manage customer relationships, handle support escalations, and facilitate communication with vendor teams to drive revenue growth.
• Identify new workload and cost optimization opportunities within customer cloud environments.
• Conduct regular quarterly business reviews to track project timelines, cloud spending, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide actionable feedback to engineering teams to help prioritize product development based on real-world customer needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience working within a technology company.
• Proven experience with major public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Strong understanding of the FinOps ecosystem and cloud cost management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Nice-to-Haves

• Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond Hebrew and English.
