About the Role

Join our finance team as a Contract Accounts Receivable Associate to enhance our AR metrics and ensure outstanding customer billing experiences.

Review weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports to prioritize outreach.
Contact new customers to confirm billing information.
Follow up with customers on past due invoices to resolve payment issues.
Document customer interactions and collection efforts.
Communicate with internal teams regarding customer concerns and partner with stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances.
Recommend next steps in the collections process, such as service interruptions or external collections.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Intermediate knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
Experience with B2B software such as Sage Intacct or Salesforce is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Self-motivated team player with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to overlap 30% of the day with APAC and SEA hours.
